Lights There USA is a commercial lighting retrofit company based in Las Vegas and a division of Clean Energy Here, LLC. We plan, assess, and deliver LED retrofits, controls, and exterior lighting for warehouses, offices, retail centers, parking areas, and nonprofit facilities — locally in the Las Vegas Valley and nationwide.

Lights There USA was built around a simple problem: commercial properties in Las Vegas run long hours under old, expensive lighting, and most retrofit quotes arrive without anyone ever walking the floor. We start differently — with a free on-site assessment of your actual fixtures, hours, and problem areas.
From that assessment we design high-bay conversions, office and retail lighting, parking and exterior systems, and controls packages that fit how the property operates. For qualifying nonprofits, churches, schools, and community organizations, we also pursue Nevada funding through NV PowerShift and NV Energy so part or even all of the project can be paid for.
As a division of Clean Energy Here, LLC, our Las Vegas headquarters anchors local projects across the valley — and supports multi-site retrofit programs for property owners across all 50 states.

Thomas leads Lights There USA from the Las Vegas headquarters on West Lake Mead Boulevard, overseeing assessments, retrofit design, and funded-program projects for commercial clients across Nevada and the country.
